Casual Captures at the Cottage
It was a pretty low key weekend, photographically speaking, at the #fortressofmoderatesolitude; rainy and quite chilly overall. However, I still got out there with my camera (and - occasionally - my iPhone) to make some captures.
Lightroom makes it easy to take a flat, exposed-to-the-right image and add drama using local adjustment masks. You can see the before and after of this sunset image above and below is an Edit Replay directly from Lightroom Mobile.
The baskets of produce were all captured with my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The above two images both employed AI during the edit process. For the tomatoes, I used masks to isolate the foreground to add more richness to the basket of tomatoes, and I used the new Blur tool to make the background less distracting. For the bushel of peppers, I used Generative Remove to eliminate the corner of a pricing sign on the right.
