In the Rough
The natural areas of a manicured golf course can be a source of natural beauty. I was drawn to the textures and subtle color and tonal variations of this dusk scene of the rough area around one of the golf greens at my local golf course. Using a variety of masks, I worked to enhance a sense of depth and help the viewer’s eye move through the scene. I’m keen to see how this image reproduces in print.
