The Guild Forest
Once an artist colony (hence the name), the park is situated on the Scarborough Bluffs, towering over the shoreline of Lake Ontario. A beautiful escape from the city, only minutes from major roadways.
My wife and I were actually married on the grounds more than 30 years ago. Back then, there was still a functioning inn/hotel. In recent times, the main building on the property was refurbished and enhanced, turning the facility and its outbuildings into a special events centre.
